Shipping, Copyright, Color Correction and Other Policies
Our goal is to provide high quality quantity prints at the best price. In order to do this, we have some simple policies to help make sure that we are able to fulfill this mission.
Please only order prints from us if you own the copyright or have approval from the copyright owner! If we suspect that your images are downloaded off the internet or are otherwise not approved for printing we will cancel your order.
DO NOT send us images of celebrities/athletes to print as these are most likely under copyright and without their permission we cannot print them. If you have express permission from the copyright holder you can contact us for further evaluation.
Materials Submitted by Customer
Any materials submitted by you, including (without limitation) photographs, images, text, graphics and other materials (collectively, “User Submitted Materials”) are subject to the following terms and conditions:
You will retain ownership of such user submitted materials and you grant Qprints.com and its designees irrevocable rights and license for use in production of any product or service you request. We use user submitted materials ONLY in connection with products or services we provide that you request, and for NO other reason. For example, when you place an order for a product, we will prepare, manipulate (if necessary), and transmit the user submitted materials for production, packaging and shipment ONLY.
Please note that, while you retain ownership of your user submitted materials, any template, layout or design in which you arrange or organize such user submitted materials through tools and features made available through Qprints.com are not proprietary to you, and such template, layout or design shall be the sole and exclusive property of Qprints.com.
Copyright Ownership and Permission to Print
When ordering prints from us you represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights with respect to the User Submitted Materials, and that the User Submitted Materials do not and will not infringe, misappropriate, use or disclose without authorization or otherwise violate any copyright, trade secret right or other intellectual property or other property or proprietary right of any third party, and that the images are not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
If we see images we are unsure of, and we know who the copyright holder is, we may contact them to ask if you have permission to make prints.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that any material used or displayed on or through our Site and Apps or products produced therefrom infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked. The notice must include the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works); (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material on our Sites and Apps; (d) the name, address, telephone number and email address (if available) of the complaining party; (e) a statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. If you believe in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, the DMCA permits you to send us a counter-notice. Notices and counter-notices must meet the then-current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA; see http://www.copyright.gov for details. DMCA notices and counter-notices regarding our Site and Apps should be sent to:

All orders ship for a $8.95 flat rate within the continental US. We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail which is generally 1-3 days, but there is no guarantee of when it will be delivered. We have found Priority Mail to be an excellent and surprisingly fast shipping method.
Shipping to locations outside the continental US, including Alaska and Hawaii will be charged at full cost.
Most orders are completed and ready to ship within 24 hours, though they may not ship til the next day depending on when your order is received and when our USPS pickup is scheduled.
We also offer Next Day Express shipping at either $45.00 or the actual cost, which ever is more. Please make sure you give us 24 hours to complete your order before shipping. Next Day shipping is only available for working days - no Saturday or Sunday delivery.
We offer color correction on all orders for an additional $.20 per image. We highly recommend you ask for color correction unless you know that you are good at it and have color corrected your images on a quality monitor that has been calibrated.
Please keep in mind that correcting jpeg images is not the best way to go and that there is only so much correction that can be applied to an image. If your images are shot in the wrong white balance, or are very under or over exposed, they may not be salvageable.
Orders will not be completed until we have complete billing info and your card has been charged. Generally we charge the total amount for your order immediately prior to printing your order. Should your billing info not work for one reason or another, we will contact you for additional information.
Shipping Damage and Order Issues
We take great pride in our work, but mistakes do happen - let alone shipping damage. If your order has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and let us know the extent of the damage, what needs to be redone, and any info you can about the shipment that may have led to the damage. We may ask for pictures, and may request that you return the order for inspection.
For orders that have been completed improperly, please let us know what was wrong, and we will gladly redo the order and get it back out to you. Again, we may issue a call tag thru UPS so we can inspect the order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that images sent to us are suitable for printing, and that you have ordered the correct quantity, and have approved the final price of the order. We generally do not refund orders. We will redo an order to fix a mistake or to replace damaged prints.
We will not issues refunds for images that are ordered that you decide you do not want, or quantities that you enter incorrectly.
