Packing up another 8x10 Etsy order using a white envelope + custom box setup. Always flat, always protected.

Shrink wrapping a few drop ship orders for an Etsy customer. 8x10s go in a paper envelope, 11x14s get shrink wrapped to a sheet of cardboard, then they go in a custom box for the appropriate size.

Small orders for 8x10 and 11x14 prints ship in custom boxes that are slightly bigger than the print and are about 1/2 inch thick.

11x14 prints rolling off one of our machines. This shows them coming out of the dryer after going thru the main processor below with the developer, bleach-fix and stabilizer tanks.

The fuji paper we use has a small amount of silver in it which can be recovered from the bleach-fix. We're slightly obsessed with it.

Just taking the days worth of shipping to the post office - lots of small drop ship orders and a handful of medium sized orders.

Prepping some prints for a customer that sells artwork on amazon. Prints go in a mailer with a special FBA label on it and then get boxed up and shipped to amazon.

Looking for package prints and units for school or sports photos? we have all the usual layouts available. All are printed as an 8x10 even if they are 7x10 (we add a 1 inch border) so that they sort in order together. Sorting is based on the filename.

Drop shipping is when we send an order direct to your customer - no mention of our lab, return address is your address and the enclosed packing slip has your info on it.

We built a page on qprints.com where you can check your files for various different issues. It's not perfect but it can tell you if your files are in good shape or have some issues. Link below also has a great explanation of all the different file issues you could have.
