11x17 is very close to being full frame for pictures that are 2x3 proportion. It is sort of like an 11x14 but doesn't crop much. Sometime used as concert flyer style poster prints.

Fuji Luster Paper
These prints are made on Fuji Crystal Archive Type CA Photo Paper with a luster finish. Luster (or lustre) is a mostly matte surface with a very slight texture and sheen, recommend for all types of prints.
